Incorporating fruits and vegetables in your diet usually offers a variety of nutrients, right?
Let‘s say this garden represents areas of your life:
- Social: plums
- Physical: tomatoes
- Professional: mandarins
- Spiritual: carrots
- Emotional: brussel sprouts
*Or any other combination of fruits and veggies that you might like, everyone has their favorites!
You can water and care for your favorites or the ones you are most familiar with nurturing, but that also means you aren’t supplementing yourself with many of the other necessary nutrients. What areas of your garden are you neglecting?
